Outdoor spaces flow effortlessly into the living spaces at Casa Vela. Lounge by the infinity pool with a cold cerveza or enjoy a good book or a nap on the shaded sunbed.

In the adjacent Palapa dining area you will find a table for 12 and built-in gas barbecue where you can grill up and serve the “catch of the day” from the fisherman of the village. At your request, a personal chef can be arranged to prepare Mexican delicacies for you.

Casa Vela also offers an enclosed deck with palapa covering that provides the perfect space for events and retreats. Lush tropical plants and gentle sounds of the crying wall (fountain) add to the ambiance and create a beautiful backdrop for your special event or retreat. The spacious deck easily accommodates 25 yoga mats, and with space for up to 50 guests, this is the sweetest spot for a wedding – rain or shine!  This area also includes a lounge, kitchenette/bar and bathroom.
